Aditya Ghosh

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. I’m a man and I’m an equal partner in making my workplace, my city, my country and this world a safer place. Women do not have to depend on men to make it safer, but making it safer makes me feel safe too. At IndiGo Airlines, about half [the staff] is made up of women, about a third of our leadership team is made up of women and every one of us at Indigo owes our very existence to at least one woman in our life. We believe in girl power. I pledge to make this world, my country, my city, my workplace a safer place for women. I promise to ring the bell.”
